Puss i Påsk!!!

We have Easter Holiday in Sweden (as the rest of the Christian World; shout out to Jesus! :) Unfortunately I have ended up in a state of Back Disaster!!! I don´t know what it´s called in Engslísh but in Swedish it is called; Ryggskott! Translated it is like; Shot in the Back! and that is how it feels! My back is totally locked up, and yesterday I could'nt move what so ever....I felt like a 100 years old... Today it is a little bit better...

I love drawing!

I have a Fashion Design degree, but I have not been drawing or painting in forever! But now I feel like I'm in a roll, and I'm loving it! It started with my aunts 60th BirthdayParty, and I wanted to give her something personal. We have been through a lot together, so I took the time to sit down and illustrate something for her. She was super happy for the gift, and I was super happy to draw again! I never took a pic of the Illustration, but this is a little something I worked on for a few minutes today...I like the quirky, not all put together straight kind of stuff :) and I'll try to keep it up...

Sorry guys, I´ve been out of it for a while...it's because of the above...Sweden is a chaos of Snow and Cold!! If you're thinking; -well that's not a surprise, I can tell you it is a surprise to all the Railway-people... Lord, it feels like I've been waiting and waiting and waiting on those trains for a whole week! That is Bananas! and I can't WAIT for spring to hit Sweden...plsplspls; let it be a super nice summer; WE NEED IT!

Sweden lost that love good feeling?

We are believers in my family...My man always says; in this house we are christians, muslims, jews (you can tell by the chandlier) and since I have a love for buddah figures it fits in there as well...Religion and to have faith is love! I wish that Sweden would embrace it a little bit more and I think that people would be happier! We lost that love good feeling....

I always said that me and Alicia would be "like this"(fingers crossed:) if we ever got together...My man says; ok ok baby, but I can feel it...When I lived in New York she had just hit the charts with her first album and they where playing fallin´ on the radio all day, and she was in her hat state of mind. I had a Havana hat that I had got from one of my Italian friends, and when I met my man for our first date I was wearing it...and guess what he said? -Girl, you look like Alicia Keys...That´s love!

A lot of disasters has hit Haiti in the last years; storms and hurricanes; and now this horrible earthquake... Something is happening to the enviroment and we have to stand together and make a change...start small, recycle, shop at loppis(fleamarkets), stop taking super long showers...we can all contribute; but a big HELLO-do something, to the big countries that REALLY can make a change...if you know what I mean. People of Haiti, I will pray for you tonight!
